My guest on the podcast is Kelly Yiu. Kelly is a Hong Kong and Australia registered Physiotherapist. He is a Doctor of Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology. Kelly was a personal trainer for seven years before becoming a physiotherapist. He is obsessed with Movement and goes into the detail of this in the podcast. Kelly has practiced many disciplines like yoga, Gymnastics and Martial Arts Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Rock climbing and basketball. He discusses his passion and the group he has joined called the “Hong Kong Movement Practice” led by his teacher Andres Vesga who himself is a student of Ido Portal. 

Kelly uses a systematic approach to help his patients to train pain-free and progress towards their goals. He is passionate about sports injury prevention and active lifestyle recovery through movement. In addition to treating neck and back pain, shoulder, knee and work-related injuries, Kelly will also assess, explore and helps clients improve their strength, mobility, and coordination. Kelly’s goal is to help his clients move more, move well and move without pain.
