Neha Sonney: Show Notes
Neha was born in Jaipur in India and she grew up and went to school in Bahrain. She attended University in Mumbai.
After graduating Neha’s parents arranged for her to get engaged and later an arranged her marriage with a move to Hong Kong.
Life in Hong Kong was difficult and Neha found it hard to integrate into her new family and life in Hong Kong. The marriage did not go well and Neha was on the verge of ending her marriage when she became pregnant. Her son was born in 2006.
Neha received no support from her parents or her in laws and was trapped in an unfulfilling relationship. She focused on on motherhood and later she took up running, trained as a yoga teacher, studied meditation and worked as a teacher. When her son was seven she separated from her former husband. She is currently in a stable relationship with her partner.
Neha works as a relationship coach, a meditation teacher, a self-love expert and a public speaker where she draws on her own personal journey and studies to assist her clients.
