Cavan works with corporate and individual clients and has more than fourteen years of experience in both corporates and startups. Cavan, Founder of GoalCraft, a training firm with training in

Cavan has a Masters degree from University of California, an MBA from HKUST, He has worked on Top Ranked Masters programs including HK UST MBA, CHHK MBA, and with  Australian and Canadian Chambers of Commerce specialising in coaching and mentoring with specialisation in change management and leadership development. His corporate clients include Headway Technologies, a TDK technology subsidiary, LouisVuitton and Lululemon.
