Angie Bucu is a Certified Mindfulness Instructor and Mindfulness Teacher Trainer with the Academy for Mindful Teaching. She teaches mindfulness across the community from children and adolescents to their parents, teachers, and others working with children. 

 Originally from Australia Angie has called Hong Kong home since 1992. After leaving the corporate world where she practiced as an accountant she completed a Master of Wellness and has trained in various Mindfulness-based interventions.

 Angie goes into detail in the podcast of what mindfulness is, what are the benefits of mindfulness. She describes how she practices mindfulness and how she helps promote mindfulness across the community.
