"My Roller Coaster Health Journey" with Eric Byron
Show Notes

Eric hails from Western Massachusetts. His health  journey has had some ups and downs and he discusses these in the podcast. Eric as a young child almost died from a bee sting at six years old. He developed into a gymnast in his teens and whilst playing soccer he suffered a very serious knee injury that required surgery and took a toll on his health. In college he became a professional juggler .  Having to navigate his marriage, the children and his job, he gained weight and didn’t exercise. His health consequently followed a downward slope through his thirties, forties and fifties.

In his late fifties Eric suffered a stroke, a huge wakeup call to his health and wellness. Fortunately, a transient event.  Eric goes into the detail of his health journey and how he has turned it around and how he now enjoys his life being able to balance work, home and health.
