Oliver has a wide and deep expertise in Sales, Marketing, Sourcing and Buying and has been based in Asia for over twenty years.  Currently Oliver is based in Hong Kong where he is the Director of Sales at Martosca Asia Pacific Limited. Martosca is a German-based organic ice-crème and sorbet producer.

 The products are certified as Demeter a worldwide standard for organic agriculture. We talk in the podcast about the high standard of Demeter and how the ice crème and sorbets use high quality ingredients without the use of colouring or flavouring to make a high-quality, organic gelato ice crème. 

 As a health coach I believe eating an ice crème as a treat is OK. Being a gelato ice crème there is less fat and less sugar than a regular ice crème. Of course, with the caveat of keeping the portion size to one or two regular scoops. Besides discussing ice crème we also discuss the sorbets that can cater to vegans and those with lactose intolerance. 

 Oliver is a keen sportsman he enjoys running, gym work and hiking in Hong Kong, getting up at 5:30am and we discuss his routines and his approach to work in the podcast.
