My guest on the podcast this week is Elma Pena. Elma is married with two children and lives in Hong Kong. An entrepreneur Elma is the Co-Founder and CEO of House of Pure Essence that sells, amongst other things, Organic Essential Oils and a range of products including GelAir and Laboratoire Altho. Her company also provides a "no-chemical" aircon cleaning and mould control products using Gelair. We go into detail in the podcast. Originally from the Philippines Elma has worked as a scent and fragrance designer and she brings her expertise to bear in her business ventures that is expanding to offer a wide range of Health and Wellness products. Recently Elma has become interested in “Power Lifting’ and “Kettlebell Lifting” to improve and maintain her strength to be able to keep active. We go into detail on why we need to maintain our strength in our discussion in the podcast. It’s all about strength, it’s all about co-ordination and it helps with balance.
