Alison Jones is an experienced Certified Sleep Coach and Mentor based in Hong Kong. Born and raised in South Africa, Alison is a keen sportswoman and traveller with interests including golf, snowboarding and the wide-open spaces of Africa,  Interests she shares with her husband.

 Her journey to becoming a “Sleep Consultant” started because her daughter Aurora was not living up to her name of being a “sleeping beauty”.  Sleep Solutions was founded with the intention of improving the quality of sleep that families get. We go into detail in the podcast on many aspects of sleep and how Alison helps families. Alison gives very practical advice on how to improve sleep applicable for babies, children and adults.

03:30   I grew up in South Africa, went to the UK after university, worked In Singapore and Hong Kong  for 7 ½ years… I met my husband in S Africa…
05:30 I had a brief period in my life in my mid to late twenties I had terrible, terrible insomnia… fast forward to having a small child… I’m just going to do what I want…
