My guest on the podcast this week is Kishore Kumar. This is the second time that Yoga Master Kishore has been on the podcast and I encourage you to also take a listen to our first podcast released two years ago in October of 2020. Kishore is married to Pooja also a Yoga Master and they have one son. As you will hear in the podcast the importance of “Family” is key for Kishore on many different levels.

 The Yoga Centre, “Prajna Yoga” has two sites, one in Lai Chi Kok and one in WanChi. The centers provide several different types of yoga for practitioners of all levels beginner to advanced devotees. Additionally, Prajna Yoga provides training for “Yoga Teachers” and more than fifty teachers have graduated and gone on to teach Yoga and open Yoga Centers themselves.

 We discuss in the podcast a wide cross section of topics around the subject of Yoga and “Prajna Yoga” including the philosophy of “Prajna Yoga” the “8 Limbs of Yoga”, breathing techniques, the Yoga family and Yoga practices. Kishore gives easy to follow advice on many topics including but not exclusively, the practice of Yoga, the importance of sleep, relaxation, proper diet, positive thinking and meditation.
