This is special solo podcast with myself Vincent Hiscox sharing my health story. I grew up in South Wales in the UK and I currently work as a Health Coach and Podcaster based in Hong Kong. I offer a personalised health coaching service integrating the six pillars of health breathing, sleep, nutrition, movement, hydration and mindset. My clients are typically but not exclusively men over forty. The focus with my clients is to improve their pillars of health in an integrated approach helping them to build good habits to improve their health and ultimately improve their health span.   

 I discuss in the podcast the “Six Pillars of Health” and I go into detail on how we can build “New Habits” Further I spend some time discussing “Health Span” the amount of time we are healthy and what factors can influence health span. As we grow older we need to work to maintain out fitness, in the podcast I look in detail at some of the key variables and how we can positively influence our Health Span.
