Michele Wisla is a Food Educator and Certified Nutrition Coach following evidence-based nutrition principles. Helping her clients to make optimal choices. She works to empower people with the knowledge and confidence to live well through eating a plant-based diet. 

 Michele is a Member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and a licensed "Food For Life" Instructor by The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. Our Conscious Kitchen was founded by Michele and has provided hundreds of people health coaching and culinary nutrition lessons in her in-person and online programs.

 This the second time that Michele has featured on the podcast and I would encourage you to also listen to her previous episode that was recorded in November of 2020. Michele helps busy 40+ year old women learn the healthy action steps for choosing and preparing foods that allow them to show up energised everyday to meet their health goals, lose weight, to feel great now and 20 years from now.
