My guest on the podcast this week is Maura Thompson. Originally from Philadelphia Maura lives in Hong Kong with her husband and their two children. In the podcast Maura tells her story of coming to Hong Kong and how she fell in love with the city.
Maura is a co-founder of Sassy Media Group. She calls herself an accidental entrepreneur. Co-founding Sassy in 2009 initially as a hobby. Sassy has now grown to include 2 brands Sassy and Sassy Mama with locations in Hong Kong and Singapore employing 25 people. We discuss the mission of Sassy as a platform, Maura shares her story of her own personal evolution and the evolution of the Sassy Media Group.
"Health and Wellness" has always been a focus for Maura. It has evolved throughout her life to fit with her situation, her responsibilities and the different demands on her time. Maura shares some of her Health and Wellness stories in the podcast.
