Raymond grew up and lives in Hong Kong. He attended technical school in Kwai Fong and went on to join a pharmaceutical company. He transitioned from engineering to sales and is currently working as a Product Manager at Pacific Medical Systems Ltd. promoting and selling Automated External Defribulators- AED’s

  • CPR + AED Instructor of Hong Kong St. John Ambulance (2010 – now)
  • Basic Life Support Instructor of American Heart Association, (2009 – now) 
  • AED instructor of Hong Kong Red Cross (2008 – now) 
  • First Aid Lecturer of Hong Kong Red Cross (2018 – now) 
  • Pre-hospital Emergency Courses Instructor of Ruttonjee & Tang Shiu Kin Hospital A&E Training Centre (Hospital Authority) (2007 – now) 
  • Product Manager of Pacific Medical Systems Ltd. (2004 – now) 
  • Raymond holds an MBA OpenU HK and a MSc. WarwickU UK 

AEDs are used to reboot the heart when it is fibrillating - an abnormal and erratic twitching of the heart muscle. 

CPR is cardio pulmonary resuscitation. CPR should be given if. The patient is not breathing, or they take occasional gasping breaths. If the heart has stopped beating, if the person is unconscious/unresponsive.

3:10 Raymond was born in Hong Kong. In the 70s everyone is poor, everyone is working hard.... I want to be an engineer.
5:10 I became an engineer in a pharmaceutical company......That fulfilled my dream.

16:00 I am working in AED and CPR ... The defribulator gives an electric shock to the heart. It stops the fibrillation and the natural heart pacemaker can reestablish itself. The heart reboots.
21:47 AED is a medical equipment that can be used by laymen. It has an inbuilt cardiologist inside.
23:30 Saves has passed 100. Data is collected in emergencies where our equipment is used.
