My guest on the podcast this week is Neha Sonney and we discuss Neha’s recently published Book –"Wired for Self Love".  I really enjoyed reading Wired for Self-Love. it’s a self-help book where Neha shares easy-to-follow, practical advice that we can put into practice easily.  I really like the summaries after each chapter. Self-love often comes up as a topic on the podcast and here we do a deep dive.

 This is the second time Neha’s has featured on the podcast, the first episode was released in November of 2021. We go into detail on Neha’s story of writing and the journey to releasing her fist book, already available on Kindle . Embrace yourself with compassion.
