Amy Elkhoury is a Plant-Based Chef and the founder and CEO of Nutesse. A conscious Foodie with a background in Whole Food Plant-Based Nutrition, Yoga and Animal Rescue. We go into detail in the podcast of Amy’s journey of being a ballerina through to to her current calling. 

 Nutesse is a HK based company making aged plant-based cheeses that are hand crafted, fermented and free of chemicals, preservatives and artificial flavourings. Amy believes in offering gourmet products that are healthy and good for the planet.  

 Her passions are sustainability, healthy animal free foods,  travel, reading, caring for animals and dance. She loves hiking with her dog early in the morning. We discuss Amy’s passions and her morning and evening routines in the podcast.
