My guest on the podcast this week is Walter Vaz. Walter was born in France. Life growing up was hard for Walter with his eight siblings, having to adapt to a “Western Culture’ was not always easy. Walter shares his story in the podcast, his growing up and the time he spent in the US that taught him responsibility.

 Walter is an ex-professional football player, still playing semi-pro football. A profession that has taken him around world. He is a proficient linguist mastering five languages whilst currently learning a sixth. To supplement his earnings from football Walter developed his skills in Personal Training and he continues to build an impressive list of qualifications. Walter specialises in HIIT and resistance training as “The Personal Trainer Hong Kong”. His service offers 1/1 training at or close to his client’s location, group classes , and online training.

 As a Fitness Trainer, Walter is a strong believer in discipline and he has coined the term “It must be done” to go beyond motivation and provide the impetus to move forward even when the energy levels may be low. His mantra is  to invest in yourself to be “More of You” this will make you special. Walter continues to "Give Back" and every Sunday he offers a free fitness class for domestic helpers of Hong Kong, called the "G-class".
