Rebekah grew up in Hong Kong and went on to study in California. She has academic degrees in Biology and History and years of experience in spiritual formation and a professional certification as a Functional Medicine Health Coach. With an expertise in the underlying drivers of wellness and behaviour change strategies Rebekah creates sustainable shifts in her clients lives.

 Rebekah coaches, speaks and writes on the interconnected nature of health. Her work is deeply informed by her personal experience of parenting a child with ADHD, and as the caregiver of family members with cancer and chronic illness. In the podcast Rebekah shares several client stories that highlight her ability to work alongside her clients to identify changes and to significantly improve their health.  

 Offering comprehensive guidance, Rebekah addresses metabolic health, detoxification, hormonal balance, stress management and relational dynamics. Rebekah offers holistic support for the whole family, acting as a catalyst for transformative journeys towards greater vitality, abundance and joy.
