Alex See is the CEO of TruStyle with a mission to deliver exceptional service and craftmanship in the fashion jewellery industry. (See Episode  105). John Bower is a Personal Trainer at “Fititude”, an Executive Coach and an expert in Leadership Talent Development. (See episode 96). In this episode Alex See, John Bower and myself discuss the progress Alex is making towards his goals of a “Body Transformation” This is the second episode detailing Alex’s  journey.

 Alex is two months into his journey with a detailed plan to build “Life Long Habits”. A journey that started in early January with goals currently defined up to early July. The goals are approach goals and include moving towards losing 30lbs of fat and gaining 5lbs of muscle. In the podcast Alex shares his progress after 2 months. He reports he is going in the right direction having chosen to develop six new habits to support his goals. Alex is creating a relationship with weight training and he has already seen the benefits, becoming more muscular especially the legs and his back is also getting stronger. An important habit Alex has identified is to improve his sleep quality. We discuss this and many other topics in the podcast.
